Recipes
I don't have much time to cook and I will guess that you don't either. So I
need recipes that are fast, tasty and easy to make. In addition, I want
recipes that are relatively low fat and follow the research that I have laid out
here on Peak Testosterone, such as a deemphasis of saturated fat, olive oil and
sugars and an emphasis on erection-producing foods.
For those of you trying to clear out your arteries and improve your erectile
function with a
Low Fat Diet, I highly recommend Dr. Dean Ornish's
The Spectrum.
It's a fantastic book - less than I believe - with a good summary of the latest research along with some
terrific recipes. Several top chefs actually contributed these recipes.
In addition, I believe his earlier book
Dr. Ornish's Program for Reversing Heart Disease
also has many recipes in it as well.
