I noticed that about a year ago, the above seemed to disappear off the map and all guys on here (I believe) can self-inject in one way or the other if they are doing testosterone injections.  Any exceptions out there?

I think it all ended when Ageless Male, who practiced the above, had to settle a 1.6 M$ lawsuit with the government over the issue in 2015:

Or at least that is my theory.
If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements. Yes, low T and E.D. are usually medical conditions.  There are potential risk with HRT:  http://www.peaktestosterone.com/testosterone_risks.aspx.

I believe the Low T Center still requires in-office injections.

Mens Vitality Cntr was my first TRT clinic and that's the main reason I left. It's a franchise and you can tell $ is the very first priority. Weekly injections at $60 a pop for a few hundred patients makes the franchisee a pretty profit every month. I think a lot of guys just keep going because they don't know any better.

Well back in the day that was the only way to get a decent protocol. In my case I didn't know about defy medical and prime body was not around  so that seems like the only way I could get decent testosterone levels. My urologist finally put me on pellets and I felt good for a few weeks but the procedure was very painful for me I think because I'm skinny. So that's why I went to one of these clinics.

But everything has changed in the last few years and there are many more options for men now.

I don't know this for sure but I think some clinics will let their patients go a little high on testerone and kind of close their eyes so to speak. And some men seem to want that. Other more mainstream doctors that are now doing T injections are probably not going to allow that.

Wow.  That's amazing.  Didn't know it was as common as it was.
