October 2016 I was 8.4 (*29.3) = <250 units. Free T was 50% of this at 125 units. This looks low. SHBG 49 & Albumin 43. Don't know what these should be. Off to check :)

Most guys would have some low testosterone symptoms at this level.  Did you pull this in the morning or the evening?

If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements. Yes, low T and E.D. are usually medical conditions.  There are potential risk with HRT:  http://www.peaktestosterone.com/testosterone_risks.aspx.

Morning Test Peak.

. Back on the tostran 3x squirts. Tested yesterday and results available Wednesday coming. Generally feel better, will be interesting to see how much change there's been. From what I can see,the albumin and SHGB levels are bang in the mid range of UK levels - any comments?

How does Total T, Free T, and SHGB levels tie in to 1 another?

Cheers 🍻

Free testosterone and SHBG are married to one another.  You can use total testosterone and SHBG to estimate free testosterone for example.  Typically, free testosterone is 1.5-2.5% of total testosterone.  The higher your SHBG, the lower your free T as a percentage.
