Guys, if this wasn't in a JAMA journal, I wouldn't believe it.  These men took a cancer drug dealing with programmed cell death and their regrew and all white was gone!  I haven't had time to research it, but this shows that we are probably barking up the wrong tree when it comes to hair issues:

Here is the actual journal article:

The one guy's skin looked about 10 years de-aged as well.  Pretty incredible stuff.  Of course, the cure may be worse than the disease - don't know as I haven't had time to research it.

Surprised at the lack of comment on this one! This study and conclusion easily equal the Viagra story in terms of potential revenue from an unintended consequence of a new medication.

We have a 100% success rate  now its just a matter of isolating the mechanism that has caused this great result which should now be asy. I wonder how long it will be before this hits the market as a product.

OK this is really interesting stuff. Below is a link that explains how these work. The danger in using one of these drug is that they can allow the body to attack it on Oregon and some side effects indicate this can be a problem. But very interesting part is that immunity And programmed cell death seem to play such an important role in gray hair and hair loss.

I like being completely bald and old.
54 years old
Autoimmune Hashimoto's, near zero natural T production
Cause: severe mononucleosis in my early 30's
Weight 200
Height 5' 10"
Very active, daily workouts and some cardio.
Topical 0.75g compounded 10% T cream, rotated daily to shaved armpits, shaved shoulders, remainder on scrotum
190mg NPthyroid (natural dessicated pigs thyroid)
Labs (Oct 2017) , my T=730, TSH 0.03, T3+T4 mid-range normal.

Daily workouts with weights, low-glycemic diet, high in clean protein, very low carb (salad/fish/low fat meats, uncooked veggies, nothing else, ever) Carbs/starch can cause me to have intestinal problems, so I avoid them.

Guys,

This probably has to do with programmed cell death:

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/20040274/

“Increasing evidence suggests an important role for programmed cell death (PCD) pathways in aging phenotypes across species. PCD is critical to the homeostasis of tissues maintained by cell division, for example, the blood and the lining of the gut. During aging, accumulated cellular damage and non-optimal systemic signaling can cause too little cell death (hyperproliferation and cancer), or too much cell death (tissue atrophy and ectopic cell death), thereby limiting tissue function and life span. For these reasons PCD pathways are promising targets for interventions in aging and aging-related diseases: reactivation of PCD may be beneficial in clearing cancerous and senescent cells, whereas inhibiting PCD may help prevent muscle atrophy and nervous system degeneration.”
