Morning Erection - A Novel Solution
One of my readers wrote in with a novel solution to get his morning erections
back (after a relatively low testosterone reading for his age). He was a
young guy and noticed that he got an erection
after falling asleep on a bus.
His solution? Based on his "bus experience", he tried the following and got
his morning erections back, so I thought I would share it with every one:
1) Sleep upright in a chair for several hours every night.
Do you know the foods and drinks that increase erection-boosting
Nitric Oxide? Check out the
Peak Erectile Strength Diet where I show
you how to dramatically and naturally improve your erectile strength.
2) Do not worry if you end up in a lying position after a few hours. The
important thing is that you get a few hours of increased blood flow to the
pelivs due to gravity. (Apparently, sometimes gravity is your friend.)
3) Be patient as it was three days before this strategy took effect and his
morning erections were satisfactory.
NOTE: Keep in mind his story is anecdotal evidence only. I do not
know of any other study that used a technique such as this to alleviate erectile
dysfunction. Furthermore, it could have been a placebo effect or something
else in his life that had changed - who knows? Again, I mention it,
though, as something that could possibly work and may be of interest to someone
Would I recommend this solution assuming it works? Before I answer that, let me
say that this young guy was under a lot of stress as you can well imagine from
the erectile dysfunction and "panicked" would be a good word to describe his
mental state. So, in this case, I think it's reasonable to try any
reasonable, safe approach as it is important to keep the penile tissues
oxygenated or erectile strength and function slowly decreases.
There is an old saying: "any port in a storm" and loss of one's morning
erections is definitely a magnitude 10 for most of us.
However, I emphasized to him that he needed to find a good doctor and work with
them as erectile dysfunction can be non-psychogenic (non-psychological) and a
sign of some serious underlying medical condition. In addition, I think it
is always smart to pursue erectile strength as naturally as possible and look at
Lifestyle Changes and Supplements that can help with erectile dysfunction.
Finally, I would mention that Core Training and Exercises might have accomplished the same
thing for him, oxygenating his penile tissues and increasing blood flow "where
it counts". Getting disuprted sleep while sitting upright is bound to
cause problems long term unless one is very careful. All of that said, a
tip of the hat to a guy struggling with what is one of the most difficult of
