Title: MILK good or bad ?

How are you all  doing ?  Just want know is plain MILK good for you or bad is there any long term effect ?

There is another option within the dairy group that may be better than healthy. I live in a state that "allows"  buying raw milk (won't get into over reaching Gov regs) and the farmers wife also saves and freezes raw colostrum. I am the only customer for this at this time. I believe that until quite recently California allowed the sale of raw colostrum. It is banned by pro athletic groups. I defrost a gallon when I buy them from her, and refreeze in ice cube trays. Then place a few cubes in a smoothie.

Yeah, the issue is that some men are going to be sensitive to all the growth factors.  I don't think there's any way around that for the guys who are sensitive and how do you know if you're one of them.  I had a high PSA so when I was having dairy that was always on the back of my mind.
