Yes, very interesting post.  For anyone interested, this is

1) A protocol for treating someone with low morning cortisol under certain circumstances. 

2) It can also be used to jumpstart the adrenals.

3) It can be used to get off of HC (hyrdocortisone).  [HC does have its potential risk imo.]

She said it will not not work for someone who is hypopituitary.  I would guess that quite a few men on this site with low testosterone are hypopituitary, but maybe I am missing her point.

Not to sound like a broken record, but she mentioned again that elevated inflammation must be taken care of.

So it's an interesting read.  If anyone tries this, let me know.
