Title: Puffy nipples vs gyno
Post by: Jiujitsu7 on July 25, 2015, 06:00:26 pm
Hey guys I been in test for about 9 months and if noticed a puffy softness to my nipple area. It's really annoying and makes my chest look like shit ,since I have a problem building a big chest already (genetics). If I make my nipples hard tho it seems to go away  completely. I have felt for a lump or mass and I don't feel anything at all. Is this gyno and if so is there anything I can do, thanks

Well, "puffy softness" is a little vague, but those kind of issues like erect nipples, senisitive nipples, itchy nipples, and some puffiness is pretty common issue when gyno is starting.  It's no big deal if you catch it early like you are doing.  Real gyno occurs when leave tissue in the breast/chest area too long and it hardens.  After awhile, it can only be surgically removed...
