Website looks good, However I did not find info. about what levels you are trying to obtain.
Dr Richard Walker has spent his life studying aging (and some of these peptides) and is of the mindset that IGF-1 levels in the range of 175 - 225 +/- are likely ideal longterm (in the ballpark of 200, give or take). He also believes there is some merit to the "performance vs longevity" paradox as there is increased mortality at both very high and very low GH/IGF-1 levels (not surprising as this is the case with virtually everything in the body).
I have been taking most of the supplements you recommend. My IGF-1 = 224
