I have read on your website that korean ginseng is very good for erections and I would like try it but when I research it there are things I am cautious about like the possibility of causing increased heart rate, tachycardia, increasing blood pressure and also increasing estrogen levels.  Has anyone used this and did it lead to any of these side effects?  Have there been any positive effects on erections?

Dear Lee,

Thank you for the interesting article.  I won't eat fish oil again.  I do not have a lot of saturated fat in my diet.  I do not eat red meat and do not eat chicken every day.  I eat fish, pasta, almond butter and lately sesame seed butter sandwiches with fruit spreads, and also vegetables and fruits.  Thank you very much.

I would like to you ask you questions please regarding spontaneous erections.  I am 54 years old and a few weeks ago I started having spontaneous erections after years of not having them.  I would drive over a bumpy road or move or sit during the day and they would occur every so often.  I then took omega 3 capsules, 1-gram each for three days, 5 the first day, 4 the second day and 5 the third day because I read on the internet that omega 3 would help the testicle sack to hang lower and I thought it might improve appearance.  After taking the omega 3 the spontaneous erections have stopped.

Do you know how I can get the spontaneous erections back?

What causes spontaneous erections?

I have testosterone level of 467 and estradiol level of 41.  I rarely ejaculate.

I purchased your book and find it very informative.
