I just tuned in and read some sad news. I have been dealing with my problems since 2012 when I joined. PeakT always took the time to answer and get back with my questions.  I have to say I am in shock. RIP.

How do you Relax when you are depressed? Depression causes lack of incentive and anxiety and lack of PROPER sleep. This cycle keeps cycling.  Maybe so on what you say .  Since for me relaxation is  easy it has never been a curious subject. But as you speak about it it has peaked my brain cells a bit.

PEAK T, you mentioned relaxing. I  have no problem relaxing but you have to be comfortable in your own skin. Maybe it's something that comes after time of living on this earth I don't know. If you are anxious or stressed or depressed it's very difficult for one to actually relax. To be comfortable in your own skin you have to have some form of self love. I am not speaking of selfishness but at times a human has to have that also at times. To have the ability to relax you have to kinda be one with the world. For me I know there are things I can change and I also know there I things I CANNOT change. With that knowledge comes acceptance. With acceptance comes relaxing. Example many people are fearful of earthquakes. I have lived through two (big ones)of them. Yes I could die in one but in my opinion there could be worse ways to die. So for me earthquakes create no fear. If fear is not present that it's possible to RELAX. What do you think?

Interesting Point that you brought up about Relaxing.That's a whole nother(<--- not a real word :) subject we could talk about on a whole thread.

I agree with PEAK T! You are young enough to where your body will regenerate. 
Something else has to happen inside of you. It has to be real personal. You have to actually Love yourself.
I smoked when I was about 17 to 20 years of age. I woke up one day and said I love myself to much to hurt myself. It comes from within and I quit that day.
I would get extensive blood tests. Thyroid can effect many things in the body as well as many other parts of the body. If you like your work take solace in that. We all contribute to the world in some small way so we are all that valuable. Another thing I would do is find something active you enjoy. Like volunteer at your local SPCA, or pick up a sport like bicycle riding, or just anything where you are doing good for yourself and maybe others. We have these two ladies in our neighborhood that just walk along the street on Saturday and pick up all the trash that accumulates , just to make OUR neighborhood that much nicer.

Another thing you mentioned you feel like a zombie, no joy. I would say pick up a book about someone inspirational . Someone who fought all the odds against them and because of persistence are still standing today. You could read about this man on the net for free, Oscar Pistorius.

Two things I personally feel that cause lack of sensitivity. Jokey underwear leads to insensitivity and this is excluding any actually physical problems. And if you have been circumcised. The later you cannot do anything about but by protecting the head you will create more sensitivity.

I also was told by my dental hygienst who worked on my yesterday(invisline braces) that I need a cleaning.....$90 at the dentist office

how much of a scam is a dental cleaning?
if fluoride in drinking water is nonsense, I dont want a cleaning

Dentists are expensive if you don't have insurance. But I think dental cleaning is a good thing. Scam? I don't know. Do they want to be paid for collage and the purchase of their business and all the latest gadgets and  to make a profit? Yes!

I despise ebooks,I have all of peaks Ebooks and I read them sitting next to my computer..so I can note the stuff I find useful.
I guess I''ll get this book since its like $3? and Peak says its worth getting...

The E book was 11 bucks. I am not big on ebooks either but for me it's just the cheap factor. I feel if I  get electronically it should be way cheaper then the actual book. I am not done with it yet so I cannot comment that way but I like the philosophy that he constantly grills into your mind. ERections! ERECTIONS!! Erections are important!

According to these people EATING cholesterol has nothing to do with heart disease. I know you and others would love to make that connection but I need more. Many studies are biased.

Another thing I want to mention. When you are overweight it's almost impossible to do any sort of exercise. Maybe with someone who is HIGHLY motivated could do it. I was about 75 lbs overweight and exercise was the last thing on my mind. I started eating more natural foods and using an app on my phone and computer called  MYFITNESSPAL.com I have lost over 45 lbs and do exercise but not consistently YET. Still working on that because I still work and have plenty to do after work. So to squeeze in time for me and motivation sometimes is difficult.
I think the weight thing is holding you down Physically and emotionally. You have got to get a grip on that for sure and I know you can do it for the fact that you came on here. Good Luck to you and I really mean that.

As you know there are no guarantees in life. I have turned things around but I can never fall asleep at the wheel. To much at stake. Taking your better half for granted will only lead to your demise in the relationship. No matter what it is in life you have to give it your best effort. Your partner,Job, hobbies, friends, pets. They all deserve the best.

PEAK T in many write ups has stated Morning wood is IMPORTANT!!! It's kind of like a barometer of your body. No wood and there will be no sunshine, only cloudy days. Sounds like a song.
