Testosterone, Hormones and General Men's Health / leaning to the left
« on: October 22, 2017, 01:38:27 pm »
Ever since adopting a whole foods plant based diet about six months or so ago, I have noticed a slight improvement in my erections. However my penis leans to the left. I dont think its peyronies disease as from what i have read that disease causes curvature. I have no curve,  At the very base of my penis on the left side its like there is a weak spot and its causing it to fall to the left.  There is plenty online about leaning to the left or right and how its not usually anything to worry about but i cant find anything about what i am describing.

Any ideas?

Testosterone, Hormones and General Men's Health / Nuts and avocados

Do any of you guys follow a whole foods plant based diet similar or the same as Dr Essylstein's plan. I'd like to know if you have cut out avocados and nuts?

I wrote to Dr Essylstein telling him that since cutting out meat and dairy completely my morning swellings ( can't really call them erections ) have not got any firmer but have become more frequent. To the best of my knowledge I don't have heart problems but I asked if I should cut out avocados and nuts.

I doubt it was him that personally replied but the reply said stick to the program 100% and yes cut out the nuts and avocados.

Hi Guys

It had been a year or so since I tried viagra. The last time i took it I think it was either 20 or 50mg. It worked slightly but the effect didn't last long. last week I tried 100mg. It did absolutely nothing except make me extremely nauseated and my wife pissed at me for taking it without telling her as it always makes me feel terrible the next day.

I know you guys are not doctors but any ideas what it means when 100mg has absolutely no effect?  I am in otherwise good health and always have been. Cholestral blood  pressure etc always been good. Weight is just right and no health issues in any family history.  I'm 54 years old and my ED started in mid 20's and gradually got worse over the years.

My T levels are low but in range so doctors wouldnt give T replacement. Just want to prescribe drugs. My insurance doesnt cover urologist.
I have never heard of 100mg doing absolutely nothing.

Have any of you guys tried Extenze or any of the other erection boosters that you can buy at wallgreens?  I bought one a few years ago, can't remember what it was called but it didn't work and made me feel terrible.

I meet a lot of people in my job and not one of them would say things have got better. Most complain how the crime rate has skyrocketed here in vegas. Others have moved from places like Detoit and Chicago because they said they were just too scared to stay any longer.

I go back to my first point.  When we played out till dark as kids, was it just as dangerous as it is now? we just didnt know it?.
Were we really that ignorant about the world around us back then?

When I was a kid. Kids played out till dark. Would you let your kids do that now? Was it just as dangerous back then as it is now? only difference being that we didnt know how dangerous it was? I doubt it.
Do young people today have the same moral values as 3 or 4 generations ago? In my oppinion as each generation has kids then things get worse.
I have lived in Las vegas for the past two years. Its a horrible high crime area. People tell me that 20 years ago it was a good place to live with much less crime.

It has to be the cloudy organic kind. I tried this a long time ago it did nothing for me but I know it has worked for others. Nothing at all has worked for me. I think I have some sort of nerve damage.

Nevve damage?  Why do you say that?

I dont really Know peak. Nothing works for me. I have always been healthy never overweight no heart problems. T is a bit low but I dont get any erection at all now.
I read somewhere it can be something to do with the nerves but I'm not sure about it.

My wife was legal guardian to her nephew who had FAS. Fetal alcohol syndrome is a terrible thing

Its about time they said this. If you have ever dealt with the effects of FAS on yourself or a family member you will understand why.
