I have tried multiple TRT protocols... Daily injections, 2x injections week,  shots and creams, HCG and no HCG, AI and no AI...
it really made no difference, except libido was great.

If i go back on TRT, i may try low dose cream (40-60mg daily)

Can some men actually feel better on clomid for hrt instead of trt?

Is ratio important? The higher your testosterone the higher your e2 should be?

Is there an optimal level of estadiol sensitive? I seem to do best around 25-30 with my free t at around 350pg ml

I just watched neil rouzier presentation on estrogen and its benefits.

Whats the suggested tested for estrogen? I never knew to test free estrogen levels

thanks GURU.. nicely put

I feel fine when i use aromas, but I'm afraid of all this talk now about how blocking estrogen is very bad...

Thats what im thinking and my e2 should drop down to 30

I didn't test my SHBG, its usually around 30
here is my other lab
35.0-155.0 pg/mL

I actually decided to try 140mg a week and my Total Test was 1700 and Free T was 392

TT was 1050
e2 was 47

I take around 14mg a day of Test cyp.
I have some erectile dysfunction and seem best when my E2 is 25.
I know this is debated that higher e2 is not an issue, but for me it is.
I briefly switched to compounded scrotum test and my e2 went to 85 and i felt awful

Do you think going down to 10mg would be good to reduce my e2, instead of relying on an AI?

I was on trt for a good year, stopped did pct and my tt was 500

Always interested in seeing full iron and cholesterol panel from those with heart disease

yeah thats the size i was going to use or 29g 1/2"

With the 5/16" do you inject deltS at all?  and you backload right?

maybe i'l try daily injections for 6 weeks to see how i do

I only need a tiny bit of anastrozole (.225mg - .375mg a week) , i would think daily injections would hopefully eliminate the need for an AI

Interesting, what size needle are you using?

I may try it but does seem like a lot of work

For about a year I did EOD injections.  It felt much more stable than even twice per week.  That being said it sucked ass.  Injecting yourself everyday gets old really fricken quick.  Wait till you have done it 200 times.  Also being rather lean myself I only had so many places to inject since I was doing subQ, leaving me with a lot of scar tissue.  It eventually became very painful almost everywhere even at EOD.

You can try it.  I find creams just as stable but I feel even better mentally on creams and I build muscle just as easy so it is a win win for me.

How were you getting scar tissu with subq, diabetics do this for decades
