Hahaha... I get it! Yes, for a long time I wanted to incorporate vitamin K2, for a lot of reasons...

I cannot tell if it´s the K2 -because I take lots of stuff- but since taking it I´m getting morning erections every day :-)

I once put a study about K2 stimulating testosterone production...

Whatever it is, I would stay with this regimen ;-)

¿Quieres decir entonces que soy de hacer maniobras, por tomar la vitamina K2?  :o

Haha... What you exactly mean? ¿Que soy complicado? (I don´t understand ALL the english phrases!)

"In experiment B, serum lactic acid concentration at 2 minutes after activity (1,200m running) of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control one."

No problem, Peak... I´m taking 15mg/day of K2 since a couple of weeks... It should be noted that K2 is always necessary when taking high doses of D3...

You´re right in that point, Sam... But that´s the benefit most athletes seem to get from astaxanthin supplementation... There´s a lot of studies in that matter... But yes: it may not work for everyone...

I´ve read the same a while back, so I tried it with my largest meal (dinner), but I found that my sleep was altered (for bad)...

Prior to that, I used to take it with my breakfast but it doesn´t contain (my usual breakfast) enough fat...

And because I have lunch at work (and don´t carry my Vit D3 with me), I tried the following:

I bought a Vit D3 containing 50.000 IU... And I take it only on Sundays with my lunch (usually the largest of the week!)... And it seems to work... Vic D3 is fat soluble, so the body stores it the excess and uses it later, when it´s needed...

For me, it seems to work... Basically, the purpose of Vit D3 is to raise our blood levels, so -for me- doesn´t matter how to get and maintain that level...

Also, I´m planning to add calcium fructoborate, that also helps raising blood levels of D3...

The way Astaxanthin seems to work is by reducing lactic acid buildup (by nearly 29% according to a japanese study)...

I can clearly tell a difference in how I feel (less stressed) while recovering after an intense workout...

Testosterone, Hormones and General Men's Health / Astanxanthin arrived...

Last week my Astaxanthin arrived...

What I have to share with you is that -besides it raises testosterone or not- it DO make the muscles to recover faster... Since taking it (a week - 4mg/day), the last three days I feel as if I haven´t been in the gym... LESS muscle soreness than before taking it, even when upping weight in some of my exercises this same week...

Really interesting...

Natural Pheromones to Attract Women: Study Shows That Fertile Women Can Smell Testosterone Levels In Men
By Justin Caba | Apr 18, 2013 01:57 PM EDT

According to a new study, women in their most heightened stage of fertility prefer the smell of a man's testosterone and even consider it attractive.

Researchers collected saliva samples from men participating in the study to test for both testosterone and cortisol hormone levels. Cortisol is a steroid hormone produced by the body's adrenal gland that can be manipulated by stress.

The men received white t-shirts to wear for two nights and were asked not to apply deodorant, soap, or cologne and not to drink alcohol, use tobacco, or eat foods with a strong odor.

Then a separate control group of women were asked to smell the men's shirts while rating them for appeal, desirability, and strength of the smell on scales from one to 10. Women were also asked to complete surveys pertaining to their use of contraception and what stage their menstrual cycle was at.

The group's results showed that cortisol levels had no effect on the man's perceived attractiveness. However, women at their peak stage of fertility found men with higher levels of testosterone to smell more pleasurable and attractive.

The research team is unclear as to what causes this association between the smell of testosterone and attractiveness, but speculate it is has something to do with the similar bodily production of the sex pheromone, androstenol.

Unfortunately, here in Argentina hormonal analysis are expensive and complicated to get prescripted, unless you show your doctor you have a terrible disease!

Anyway, although I can not measure percentages, I know my body and could take account of the effects through my morning erections, my progress in the gym and other parameters...

By the way, have you felt more attractive to the opposite sex when your testosterone is high? This weekend I took some time to read about the increase in the production of pheromones, when our testosterone is above "normal" levels...

In my case, I noticed something... A neighbor who never paid much attention to me, has stopped twice lately to chat with me... and even made a comment about the width of my back :-P

It's really funny... and interesting at the same time!

That´s great, bzarfas... In my case, I don´t like broccoli, so I take 1 tablet of DIM daily, with dinner...

kregger,

What form of boron are you planning to take?

I have an order on the way of calcium fructoborate... The idea is to take 6mg daily, to emulate the study in which an increase of DHEA (56%) and testosterone (30%) was achieved after 60 days...
