Hello guys, my DHEAS was 10umol/l (norms 4-12umol/l), now it's 8umol/l and I have bad libido and bad erection, can DHEAS cause that? Should I try supplement DHEA?

If a patient (male or female) is suffering anxiety, I will start them on PREG sustained release 30-50mgs before bed. If they can take that without grogginess in the morning, add an AM dose.
I use DHEA in virtually all my TRT patients. A few don't respond well. OTOH, some tell me it changed their lives.
Yes, I just have low libido, not easy to ejeculate. I was think maybe it's dopamine related, but my prolactin is in normal range, so I don't think so. I think I need something to boost my adrenals.
What was your actual testosterone number (with the lab range as well)? your symptoms are those of low testosterone. Also similar to post finasteride syndrome. Did you take any finasteride products?
I was take saw palmetto, never try finasteride. My testosterone 1000 ~ 1200ng/dl
My prolactin from 427.8 drop to 29mIU/L but I don't feel I'm high dopamine now and still need dopamine increaser before sexual activity. I have tried the main sources of dopamine that L-Phenylalanine, L-Tyrosine and Mucuna Pruriens(L-dopa). The most effective for me is L-Phenylalanine and I can feel my brain very excited every time.
What is your cortisol? Cortisol related to adrenal and dopamine.
Hello all, I have good prolactin but it's hard to ejeculate, even after 30min hard to ejeculate and have low libido, what can cause this? My testosterone at max normal, SHBG very low 14, E2 at middle normsHow old are you? it is possible that you are expecting too much from your body. Even as a teenager I needed at least an hour in between orgasms. I can't recall ever seeing what normal refractory periods for each age group is. You have pretty high expectations. Note, I am not critiquing, you are free to want what you want.
