Has anyone ever noticed this, or tested it: For a long time I have been injecting E3D in the morning.  Normally I feel pretty good, but once a few weeks ago, I decided to inject at night.  I felt much better after injecting at night, and have been injecting at night ever since.

Anyone know why this might be the case.  I was thinking that maybe I sleep through the initial spike in hormones so that helps?

Any thoughts?

Hi All,

I had my gf get some bloodwork via defy.  Here are the main results.  Let me know if anyone thinks any of this is out of wack.  Note: for some reason the labcorp results use MALE reference ranges, not sure why.

test - 32 ng/dl
Free T - 1.7 pg/dl
DHEA - 150.5
TSH 2.8
FSH 4.9
Estradiol 41.3 pg/ml
Progesterone 0.6  ng/dl

Anyone see anything wrong with this.. I cant really tell.  She has been suffering from fatigue and some depression lately, which is why I sent her over for basic bloodwork.

Hello all,

My girlfriend has been feeling 'off' for the past 2 years or so: Fatigue, anxiety, the works.  I told her to get a general thyroid test done, so she did(results below)  Any thoughts on these.  I realize we will need a much more in depth thyroid panel to truly measure.

TSH - 2.4 (.45-4.500)
T4 - 4.7 (4.5-12)
T3 uptake - 26 (24-39)
Free Thyroxing index - 1.2 (1.2-4.9)

To me the TSH seems a bit high, and the rest of numbers a bit low, any thoughts.   If Dr Saya has a chance to respond that would be awesome too!

Anyone ever have this?  I had a blood draw done for defy and it showed over 300 for trigs.  Never had anything close to that before.  Thoughts?

Doubtful vegan bodybuilding will ever be a thing.  Simply cant get enough protein.  Well maybe a few genetically blessed people could do it.

Testosterone, Hormones and General Men's Health / Cheaper HCG

Does anyone know where I can get cheaper HCG.  I am paying 80$ for 5,000 IU through Defy and that seems a bit much.

Testosterone, Hormones and General Men's Health / Clomid restart
« on: September 15, 2015, 08:24:30 pm »
Attempting a clomid restard 12.5MG ED.  Will keep everyone posted on how it goes.

Been on trt about  a year with fairly good results after about 8 months of dialing, but being only 31, I want to see what my body can do on its own.

I will post bloodwork etc as I go through.

Some may know I have been into lifting weights for about 8 years, and am fairly strong, clean diet, etc...

I hurt my shoulder recently in a non gym related accident, and decided to start working legs 4-5 days per week.  Something interesting has happened.  My mood has elevated GREATLY over the time doing this.  Not sure if it is increase dopamine from lifting or what, but I would encourage anyone interested to give heavy weight lifting a chance.  It might help.

Regular morning erections have been solid.  Libido comes and goes, but overall is there decently.  I have never thought about sex "most of the time" in my life in general.  I have had ups and downs on TRT, more ups than downs... but the downs are pretty tough.

I am trying to make an ultimate decision here.  I want to give subQ one more shot, maybe my body just doesnt deal well with gigantic fluctuations in hormones that come from IM? I do know that subQ my T only fluctuates about 200 if I dont inject for 7 days.  My head gets into these weird fogs when hormones are wonky, so I really dont know what to do.  The one thing is my DHT is never really high.

My options are stay on T and try and dial in a program, or attempt a restart, which will ultimately lead me back to where I was, which doesnt sound too appealing.  Not sure what is best tbh.

I have done a lot of bloodwork, and I know that if I inject IM, my T will fluctuate about 600 points in a week span(up and down) with subQ, it fluctuates around 200 points(i learned this when I dried out for 7 days from T while doing subQ)  I just wonder if that is best for me.  IDK

*peak asked me to post this on the forum, there isnt much context for a lot of you but here it is***

How does one lower their insulin resistance?  Eating less carbs?

subject says it all, haha

Hey guys I generally have been combining my HCG injections with my IM injections.   After reading a few threads on here, I have decided to try daily hCG injections.

It is only day 2 but I do feel a bit more energetic and erections are very solid, libido is up to.. This is the last day before my injection and I have been lowering my T dose, so I dont think it is any weird spike in my T level.  Regardless I will be lowering my T dose again to 40mg E3D.

I will keep everyone posted.

Testosterone, Hormones and General Men's Health / DHT cream
« on: March 07, 2015, 09:08:57 pm »
Hey guys,

My last blood work showed pretty solid numbers.

T: 797
E2: 22
Free T 25
DHT: 43
free DHT 10.3

Is there any reason I should consider raising the DHT level?

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this.  But the 4 times I've taken 0.5mg arimidex.  I've suffered instant depression the same evening.  Might be the lower e2 etc, but it's like clockwork.   Just throwing this out there for anyone who has depression issues and is on arimidex.
