It was my own fault, bad diet, loads of sugar and dairy. Digestion slowly got worse, bas smelly gas. I would eat a banana in the morning then have loose stool five minutes later.
Relief was trial and error. Thought it was low stomach acid, tried HCL capsules with no improvement. Thought it was SIBO, tried peppermint oil, probiotics with no improvement.
Started reading about candida (always thought it was a female thing). Started following remedy procedures from Earth Clinic.
Small amounts of food grade hydrogen peroxide in water really killed it off. My maintenance routine is undecylenic acid capsules, berberine and kefir.
I really cleaned up my diet, cut out lots of sugar. I don’t take these supplements every day, just when there is a flare-up, like after ice cream and cake.
I don’t think you can completely wipe it out.
