Hi Guys,

I went ahead and ordered the Combo Kit from ZRT (the saliva and blood spot) for $259 from this site: http://www.canaryclub.org/index.php

I know there were a couple of guys here who had used this test, so wanted to ask:
Did you have their Dr. at Canary do the analysis on your lab results or your own Dr. ? 
How would you rate their test vs. other tests that are out there to measure male hormones?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

I take Magesium every night (Natural Calm supplement)...  I can't say it helps with depression , but it certainly helps with my anxiety. It takes the edge off.

Hi,
I used to use a COQ10 that would give me very good energy and help with erections, but I found out it had soy so I throw it away,
Then I realized I am low on energy, so I bought a cheap Soy Free CoQ10 (the ubiquinol kind) and it does not work the same,

So I would like to ask if anyone can recommend some good Soy Free brands of Coq10 for me to look at,

Is DHT same as total testostrone?
I had a test done which showed my total testostrone as 292 and free testostrone as 49.2

This was 3 years ago, and the doctor gave me some injection that I was to take every 2 weeks... I took 1 injection and decided to stop it!
I hated the feeling of my belly getting big/bloated after the injection and I felt heavy in the gut... I did notice my sex drive improve even with that 1 injection for a short while but since I had experienced about the same benefits from natural supplements I decided to go natural...
And been trying natural things since then.

The test also showed my Vitamin D as very low (28) which I have been supplementing. Also, I had a mild sleep apnea at that time which i have recenlty corrected using a simple device.....

So I am getting ready to go test myself again to see if the changes I have made has improved my T levels any... I do feel better than 3 years ago, but there is room for improvement for sure!

you mean you would stick with astaxanthin on it's own or as Alphastat (in combination with Saw Palmetto and Zinc) ?

I am also thinking of just buying some astaxanthin and Saw Palmetto separately and try each one ... this way if I see any side effects at least I know which one it's coming from... I have some liquid zinc at home that I take from time to time... but if I start Zinc again I think I need to replenish copper as well because I heard one can deplete the supply of the other..

Hi Everyone,

I am looking at different natural supplements to boost testostrone,
So far, the 2 that stand out to me that seem to have least amount of side effects reported are Alphastat and Horney Goat Weed.

I wanted to ask your thoughts on these 2 supplements and especially if you have tried them what was your experience?
Also, Which brand have you used and at what dose?

Just wanted to give a report back,
Even at 250mg of Arginine after 1 week I had a small cold sore break out, so I stopped it and took extra vitamin C and this morning when I woke up I feel better...

I did notice as soon as I stopped the Arginine my sleep reduced. But maybe that's good because when on Arginine I was in a need of taking a 2 hour nap in the afternoon on top of sleeping at night which would not be possible most of the time since I am working in the afternoon.

I am continuing on Citrulline, and so far my sleep at night is still okay. I wonder if Citrulline does help sleep slightly... I don't expect it to help me as much as Arginine, but since I see no side effects I will take it a little longer to see if it has any positive effects... however if it does not help with sleep I will most likely stop it soon too because there is no point to taking it. I don't feel Citrulline is boosting my energy for workouts, at least not on 750mg.

oh no I eat fish all the time,
My problem is digesting fats , so when I used to take fish oil or anything too oily the symptoms would get worst.

Bloating and at times oily stool, and also the bowel movement was slow even though the stool was not hard(sorry too graphic but you asked)... and once in a while headaches.

The question I have is : is it just fish oils that give you gas or have you noticed when you eat other oily foods in general you also have a tough time digesting?
If so, it may be that your gallbladder is not functioning properly, and perhaps there is a obstruction in bile flow.(bile is responsible to break down fats and help digestion of oils)

I have this problem and I use a supplement called Lipo-gen to help digest all fats.
