I started mind when I started hcg. If I were to do it over, I wouldn't use an AI until I had displayed at least mild symptoms along with increased levels in my blood.

Umm still trying to find the sweet spot.

Any of you 3 able to grow beard? How much facial hair do you have? Pre-trt and post trt?

No I still  can't grow a full beard. It's patchy.

I use a little cream in my coffee but other than that I don't really touch milk anymore.  I find there's more negatives then  there are positives when it comes to ingesting the pus of a cow!  And it makes sense, milk is meant to make a baby cow grow as fast as possible into a healthy cow. Therefore it's full of hormones and nutrients specifically for baby cows not humans.

I’m testing my hypothesis that body hair is related to libido and androgenization/CAG Repeats, SHBG, you go. How many of you have little body hair and a high libido? How many of you are very hairy and have a low libido? Did TRT actually increase your libido, your amount of sexual arousal/horniness?

Pre trt I was always very little body hair and super high libido. My libido dwindled away in my mid thirties which is when I hopped on  trt. My libido is through the roof. Starting to get more body hair. Particularly upper thighs, scrotum and stomach/chest. Still wouldn't be considered hairy but for me it's definitely more hairy.

My back and shoulders were covered. I tried a few different things but they usually come back after clearing for a while. I’m currently the clearest I’ve been in two years by lathering my back and shoulders with unfiltered ACV. I’m very happy with results so far.

Ghce, was there a stark, night and day difference with overall  verve before and after trt?

I know it’s a simplistic metric but what percentage did trt increase things? Thanks

For me it it was a huge difference. But before trt I felt like hell. Everyday was just a blur. It was difficult to concentrate on anything. My EQ also is significantly better although I’d say it’s not 100% it has definitely improved greatly.

I've finally gotten to the point where I don't jack off as much as I used to.  I'm still quite horny on TRT, but overall my libido is not too high nor too low.  But the thing is, sometimes I releapse and will start jacking off twice a day for 4-5 days straight, and then when I'm finally tired of it for a while, I take a break.  I masterbate because I'm deficient in dopamine and I want to focus in college.  So, between classes I try to sneak in my apartment and grab a quick jerk, and then back to class.  Keeps me fresh and awake for about 20 minutes, but then I feel mentally lethargic and fogged over.  I am on 40 mg of Dexedrine, and that is lowering my libido for sure, so that is incredibly awesome.

I could be wrong but tossing off twice per day at your age is likely pretty normal. I'm almost 40 and on certain days I crank out four or five times a day. Maybe I also have dopamine deficiency?

Holy Sh*t!  High Libido is good.  But man that's so high as to be annoying.  Now once you retire, 4 times a day is A-OK!

Yes it can be distracting at times but my libido is sort of how I gage how I’m feeling overall.

Wonder if the lavender and tea tree could help me raise my estrogen.  I'm always too low.

Interesting website.  Most of us here on are TRT of some kind or another.  What is the interaction between TRT and HGH?  Does TRT make building HGH easier?

I’ve wondered that same question for a long time. I’d love to hear some responses on that.
