and the injection is supposed to be given every 12 weeks only.
Recommended injection time for nebido is 10-14 weeks but some needs one injection every 4 weeks while others can do with 1 injection every 18 weeks.

Testosterone, Hormones and General Men's Health / change of protocol?
« on: November 14, 2016, 07:30:41 pm »
3 times a week(monday wednesday friday) i take a combo of 450IU pregnyl, 0.1-0.15mg arimidex and 25mg testogel, it doesnt work good but its the best so far.
Noticed that wednesday and thursday is usually the days i feel best, strongest erection and libido while saturday and sunday is the worst.
I dont have anythin other than this that changes regularly, does anyone know why i feel better midweek then end of week?

For various reasons im almost out of draw up needle's and cant get any new for maybe 10-14 days, the needle is only used to mix hcg ampoules...how stupid would it be to boil a needle and then use it a second time?

I can give more then a dozen examples of this but im going to stick with estradiol, i ran 22pg/ml through 3 different converters to change unit from pg/ml to pmol/l which is used where i live and got ~81.

A little over 1 year ago when i had estradiol tested reference range was 50-162 and 81 is not a bad number right...a couple of months ago estradiol was tested again and now reference range had changed to 95-223 which puts 81 below range which isnt that good and this work the other way as well.
Both tests have the same unit, both tests was analysed by the same laboratory the only difference is a change of method used to analyse estradiol, the new method yields a higher result and therefore a higher reference range.

Seems unit are not an exact measurement and therefore cant be compared without reference range.

I have tried vitamin D supplements in the past but not for very long and not high quality supplements.
I recommend getting D which is dissolved in oil, even small amounts increases my levels to acceptable levels.

Elevated estriol and/or estron with normal levels of estradiol, could it have similar symptoms as elevated estradiol?

If estriol and/or estron is elevated, could lowering estradiol below reference range to some extent lessen symptoms of estrogen dominance?

but I can't find information on how to actually take these drops.  I saw a video on youtube of a different brand where the drop is absorbed right onto the skin.
I take d-vitamin in oil solution medical grade, i just drop in on my tongue and even a low dose keeps my d-vitamin levels nice and high.

ACTH Testing -- Yea or Nay?  I don't know if it would somehow be helpful to know this.
Acth is hard to interpret due to short half life.

why not put the syringes in a simple coloured plastic container?

Noticed reduced hunger which long term may be a good thing since i have issues with chronic hunger since 15 years, after today im taking ldn in the morning instead of prior to sleep.

Nothing change except increasing the dose tomorrow 3->4.5mg

Is 5 mg your max?
4.5mg is usually the highest dose prescribed.

Recently tested progesterone at 0.3 nmol/L, no reference available for males, test method is called immunochemical (cmia).

Is it high? low? normal?

Testosterone, Hormones and General Men's Health / Re: ED after Nebido
« on: September 24, 2016, 08:08:45 pm »
OK, one of the explanations why there are many reports of ED problems after Nebido (including myself) could be - watch this - Nebido is testosterone on castor oil! castor oil is known DHT blocker !!! DHT is vital for libido and erections! duuhhhh !!! wtf where manufacturers thinking of ?! >:(
But is it enough oil to make a difference despite the long break down period?

Lights from screens are known to disrupt sleep, its linked to blue light.

Increasing T will increase serotonin?

Are you sure?

I never knew that!
I suspect it might be related to estradiol, estradiol is made from testosteron so when T is low then estradiol can be low as well and depression like symptoms are common when estradiol crashes from to much AI.
