You should know that pomegranate seeds have higher E1 and E2 levels than any other plant.  Most of tbe commercial juice includes the seeds.

Pomegranate is well known to have anti estrogenic activity. It contains a compound Ellagic acid which is an aromatase inhibitor. Also it is known to slightly boost testosterone which it would never have done if it had 'higher E1 and E2 levels than any other plan'

what brand are you using? My next would be to switch from bulksupplements. except  I have 1kg lol

i do get reactions to GABA, without B6.
typically a mild niacin type 'flush', which is normal I am reading, however I am also getting a weird heart race type reaction, no idea what it is.
happens even at low doses,  I stopped using it.

Exact same here but I get mild anaphylaxis-like symptoms but only partial airway tightening and not full-blown anaphylactic shock. It is enough to be noticeable and bothersome.

Could taking DHEA 5 mg capsules once daily with a slightly higher TRT dose drop my TSH level?  It has gone down 3 consecutive times now over the course of six months.

What role does FSH have for men with how it affects testosterone, if at all?

I don't expect this to help me any but I've got to try it. I still think my issue lies in whatever is causing my kidney numbers and co2 to be out of whack which is causing mild acidosis and it still could be low dopamine causing my issues also. I've been reading up on mao inhibitors and that will be my next experiment after the kisspeptin and gnrh.

Fingers crossed you wont bite my head off this time but if you haven't  already read this, then you might find it useful -

Taking small amounts of bicarb is thought to be healthy anyhow, i take it daily with my creatine

LH and FSH stabilized around 2 mIU/mL, so they stayed on the low side for me. And with the reduction in enclomiphene they could be a little lower still. I haven't checked in a while; I'm due for lab work and am planning to see where they stand. In any case, the subjective results have remained very good.

An appeal of selegiline, particularly for us older guys, is that it is counteracting the effects of MAO-B rising naturally with age. Selegiline is also associated with increased longevity in animal studies. Further reference: https://www.juicedmuscle.com/jmblog/content/selegiline-hcl
