What do you think about Growth Hormone? There have been several supposed growth hormone diets. They go against testosterone diets though.

I'm not sure totally what you mean here.  Can you clarify a little?

Some people call Growth Hormone Diets when one eats super low calories (~600/day) along with HCG.  Is that what you mean?

I knew someone who 120 pounds from doing the above over the course of about 8 months.  This person though exercised diligently and really stuck to the low calorie regimen.  (So I don't think it had much to do with the HCG based on what I've read.)  I also always warn men that even modest cutbacks in calories will hammer their testosterone...

If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements.  And low testosterone is a medical condition.
