From what I've heard, the DHT just increases the oil secretions so you have to be that much more diligent about keeping those areas clean and dry. That means changing your shirts more often, maybe always wearing a clean, white cotton undershirt. You could even try some of those anti-bacterial type of shirts which include silver threads etc. I used to get acne on my thighs and what helped me is exfoliating the skin, not with just a loofa, but getting an exfoliating scrub that you rub on. You can feel the difference because your skin will be squeaky smooth like rubber after you finish. I also switched to using a body wash that doesn't have any harmful chemicals in it which can irritate the skin. I mean it's impossible to get rid of them all, but I got as close as reasonably possible. My new bodywash also contains tea tree oil which is a natural disinfectant. To finish it off, I use a lotion to moisturize. When your skin is dry, it secretes more oil. If you keep your skin moisturized with a lotion, it won't make as much oil.
