Testicle Health
« on: July 25, 2016, 02:38:45 pm »
I have searched thru the site looking for a page that refers to testicle health. In other words, what vitamins and supplement help the testicles (Leydig cells) produce testosterone.
I apologize if I may have missed this information.

I know that Clomid will increase my LH but I have decided to focus on making my testicles be all they can be (also, maybe larger).
The following is a list of things I have read that might help and things I will probably try. I am finally switching from briefs to boxers.
Vitamin E
Olive oil
Tongkat Ali
Forskolin
Onion juice
Stem Cells

Anything else?
Peak, if this page does not exist, can one be created?

Hey, you put together a list of studies and, assuming I agree with it which I probably would, I'll put it on the site.  I'll can even add some commentary if you want.
THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE BOOK ON TRT/TESTOSTERONE:
https://www.amazon.com/Natural-Versus-Testosterone-Therapy-Myer/dp/1523210532/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1499116128&sr=8-1&keywords=natural+versus+testosterone+therapy
And check out my New Peak Testosterone Program: http://www.peaktestosterone.com/peak_testosterone_program
If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements.  And low testosterone is a medical condition.

Thank you for this. Will be following results.

Would also add: zinc and magnesium for their protective/supportive background on testes.
