I'm a Trader Joe's fanatic. Love that store.
I thought of watchtv and his search for fat free snacks when I learned about this list:
http://www.traderjoes.com/lists/fat-free.asp
(Not all of these are healthy of course, but some are...)
not what I have in mind
1 I look less for fat free now, and more for low fat, no saturated fat
2 As much as I do love links to cruddy sites.

. that list is not fat-free as the *** fine print tells us**
Careful fat intake is intelligent
and can be achieved through moderation and inclusion of products that contain
.5 grams of fat per serving or less (aka, Fat Free). We carry a selection of Fat Free Products that make perfecting this art form a pursuit of enjoyment.
the things on that list might have at least .5grams of fat, likely saturated or transfats...I know enough Math to know .5 =/= 0
Trader Joes/ Sprouts/Natures pantry..Ive been to all these "health food" stores and Im never clear on what makes the food they offer, "healthy". Some of the food is, it's organic and unprocessed, but it's also mixed in with food high in fat, transfat/saturated fat. sugar, excitoxins,,,,,,,, so going to these stores is a pricey way to get some of the same, yet cheaper, stuff from online/other stores.
