Yeah once in a while is the key. I dont plan on quitting entirely since i like my fetish too much (sorry tmi). But i definitely need to back down the compulsiveness of it. I have it on tap from my instagram, laptop, etc. constant hits of it arent good i think.

I watch Porn when sex is lacking or absent.  If sex is not lacking or absent, then I have absolutely no use for Porn.  I watch Porn out of frustration with my relationship more than anything else these days.  Women should shut up about the "Objectifying Women" BS and start objectifying US a bit.  I know I'd welcome it.  I don't feel like I should have push to have sex every time I have sex.  I shouldn't be the ONLY initiator of it.  Seduction on the part of women would go a long way to make sex more satisfying and rewarding.  As feminism spreads throughout the earth, Pornography and Prostitution will spread along with it.  There needs to be some sort of outlet for men who aren't satisfied with their sex lives and that has been the case since the beginning of time.  In some ways, it seems feminists would rather castrate us before considering the real issues....

You are right to be skeptical. If there isn't science behind it then you're left with some guy's opinion. Throw in a profit motive and that opinion isn't worth much.
