TRT: 12 week, completely no libido, low energy, bad memory, brain fog.

Hello all, started sustanon 250mg 1x week, after 3month I have  T: 900ng/dl (normal), E2: 80pmol/l (normal), progesterone 2nmo/l (normal). With thyroid everything ok, cortisol 419nmol/l (normal).  When I start TRT after mont few days libido was unbelievable high, but only few days, all other times very bad. What else I should to check?

If you did really good initially, one theory out there is that you may have too high of a dose.  You could try going lower.  Also, you want to pull your DHT, because sometimes on TRT, DHT isn't quite where you want it to be.

My DHT I think is ok, because I have little bit acne and oily skin, my T is not so high that dose will be to big. Prolactin also always was in normal ranges. I think it can be something else, maybe DHEAS?

Ragnges: E2 is: 0-150pmol/l, T is: 200 - 1000ng/dl, cortisol: 118 - 618nmol/l, progesterone: 0,9-4nmol/l.

I have done my morning cortisol test. How about dopamine, should I check this also? What you feel when your DHEAS is too low?

I have done my morning cortisol test. How about dopamine, should I check this also? What you feel when your DHEAS is too low?

I felt greatly increased anxiety.

A one point non salivary cortisol pull doesnt give you a complete picture, especially if you are having fatigue and mental fog.

Also I was use arimidex, before TRT, and only one arimidex increase my libido, my erecton was strong, but it gets my heart problems, so I stop use it. I try aromasin, and letrozole, but this few AI's not increase my libido.

This would contradict your positive experience with the AI, but if estradiol was measured via immunoassay rather than LC/MS/MS then there's a good chance the actual value is lower. This could potentially contribute to lack of libido. See here, for example.

Sorry, super low estradiol could lead to heart palpitations.  What I meant to say is that I don't know one would lower your estradiol that much more assuming you took the equivalent dosage.  But your doctor should have that down.
