Should I treat a TSH of 3.04 before treating my low testosterone of 291?

Depends on what your symptoms are and depends on what the rest of your thyroid labs say.  I suspect that most docs would want you to get a full thyroid panel before diving into treating your thyroid, free T3, free T4, Reverse T3. 

Having said that, your TSH is higher than you'd like to see, especially if your symptoms include fatigue or brain fog.

Well, the one thing I will say is that treating hypothyroidism often relieves some (or potentially all) of the symptoms and raises testosterone:

The reverse is not true.

 Check cortisol too. Cortisol helps shuttle thyroid hormones into the cells.

Thank you guys. I still have pretty bad sleep. I know my cortisol is high out of range due to chronic sleep disruption.

Some people feel great with a tsh of 3, others can feel downright sick...might be an idea to try medicating for 6-12 months and see how it makes you feel.
