Erection problem
« on: February 17, 2012, 06:41:38 am »
Hello guys.  I am so happy with what I read. I have erection problem and I have to urge my testicles to produce testosterone like never before. I need to move up my testosterone levels so much.
This is what I must do:

 Maca (This is my best)
I have to eat very good
I have to stop smoking grass (this has made my testosterone level down most I think)
 Omega 3
I have to sleap a lot
 Exercise (already do much)

What do you think?

Well, you've hit a lot of the important items below, so that's great.  And it's good you are exercising already.

But I have a basic question:  how do you know you are low testosterone?  Is it symptoms or did you get tested?

And I agree that the marijuana will likely cause you problems, especially if you are a little older.  Young guys have so much buffer built into them usually that any negative effects from pot usage may not be noticed.

I assume you already read this?

If you are on medications or have a medical condition, always check with your doctor first before making any lifestyle changes or taking new supplements.  And low testosterone is a medical condition.
