The solution is that you all need to work HARDER.  I mean, SOMEBODY has got to be held ACCOUNTABLE!

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=RBqjZ0KZCa0
43 years old
5'7", was 220 pounds when trouble started, now down to 165
Trouble began with abrupt ED Early May '15
Initial T level 130
Started Clomid in hopes of rebooting system June '15
Currently taking 25 mg eod and .25 mg Arimidex every 4 days
T level 480 or so at last reading
ED in check with 2.5 mg Cialis eod and supplements:
POM juice, L-Cit, Pycnogenol

Morning anxiety currently in check with GABA taken every night

Biggest current worry is heart health:
Aortic stenosis (very mild for now)
CAC score 156(!) at age 42
Lp(a) is a shockingly bad 390 nmol/L -- TRIPLE the "extremely high risk" level!
Homozygous for the bad "G" variant of SNP rs10455872, which increases Lp(a) as well as odds for aortic stenosis and coronary artery lesions.
I think I know what trashed my heart...

40 mg Crestor and baby aspirin every day
CoQ-10, Vitamin K2, and Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract every day too
Walking 10,000 steps a day

obese women getting medicare, I just turned on the news to hear about a women who is "mad" that medicaid is not covering her $ 100K  rx bill
yet
she is VERY overweight
she needs to help herself, rather than just look for free money

lots of evidence that being fat is why you are unhealthy
why do  fat people constantly look for a "SEcret" other than to lose fat?

Again, I'm walking proof that it is often a combination of things.  It would much easier to judge if life were consistent in its rewards and punishments for lifestyle choices -- but it is not.

Even now, I might work very very hard to stay as fit as possible so I can extend my life as much as possible -- and then get hit by a bus five years from now, after enduring years of a lifestyle I do not enjoy at all when I might just as well have been living it up while I could.  Because that would be hilarious.  Get the JOKE?!?

actually, again,  what  is "it"? that is a combination of things?

this idea that the world is gonna take care of you, that it "owes" you, comes from high school, when you dont study and get C/D and get to graduation and can't find money/scholarships or a college that will take your 1.4gpa and yet, you want FREE SCHOOL
what the 12 yrs of free school you had was just a primer? you'll change it all in college?

worse, this idea that the world is gonna take care of you, that it "owes" you, comes from grade school when you had a "school zone", that makes cars slow to crawl cause you are so fucking stupid, you can't figure out how to NOT get hit by a car ...yeah..

The NHS must've been reading this thread:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2016/09/02/obese-patients-and-smokers-banned-from-all-routine-operations-by/

I heard about this.  Only a matter of time in true single payer systems.  The government decides what you get, since they are paying... eventually corners will be cut.  The NHS will be dead in the next decade, right about the time the US will be giving single payer 'a try'
