You want to pull free t3 and t4 and tsh simultaneously-the lowish t4 should make your doc want to look more.  You also want to pull prolactin imo since it is cheap.  Probably not your issue tho.

Are you getting morning erections?

I didn't actually see my doctor for a while because he said mostly my psychological problem but I proved him wrong so I recently just self experiment. Any idea to pull t3 and t4 and tsh simultaneously?
Yeah, I almost everyday get morning erection but sometimes weak sometimes strong...

Not sure what you mean?

Sorry for my bad english...
I did my latest test at healthcare centre without any physician or doctor. I don't believe doctor because last year I have visited few doctors but all of them said my ED cause by my psychological problem and my hormone test is fine so they simply give me cialis. Since no doctor willing help me that's why I self experiment for long time and come to forum to ask for advise.

For morning erection,  sometimes the erection just little erection when I woke up it's gone directly but sometimes the erection very hard makes me awake few times a night when I woke up the erection still maintain and slowly gone.

The fact you are getting morning erections is a very good sign.

No problem.  Well, I'd start by digging into the highish prolactin and high TSH.  The former will lower dopamine and the latter will often make you fatigued, give you brain fog, etc.  Both can lower libido.

Also, your DHEA-S is low and that can definitely cause problems as well.

So what is your doctors saying about these?

But even last year my another urology doctor also said my prolactin is fine...

Interesting.  Do you have national healthcare like in UK or Canada, or is it private insurance like the USA?

There is a lot American/Canadian who is immigrated from Asia and they rather go back to Asia for medical checkup or surgery.
Also, Malaysia is home of Tongkat Ali if you like it ;)

Yes, we still have common drink that Tongkat Ali mixed with coffee just around 1 dollar.

Also, my latest test showed my MCV little low 80fl (82-98) and latent mild iron deficiency. I did research that iron deficiency can cause thyroid problem then I added iron and vitamin B in my supplements so far this week don't have ED problem and easy maintain erection! Hopefully this time really found the root cause ;D Thank guys!

Nice!

Hey, don't forget to pull ferritin if you can:  that's every bit as important and is kind of the "A1C of the Iron World."
