I'm sure there are many possibilities, but a couple others that come to mind are: too much serotonin, either the absolute amount, or relative to dopamine; and free estradiol that's too high. For the former you can make sure you're not taking too much of anything serotonergic, e.g. l-tryptophan, and look at some dopamine-boosting supplements. There have been a couple recent threads touching on how guys with low SHBG might have problems with estradiol management. While lower SHBG speeds up metabolism and excretion of testosterone, it does less of this for estradiol, so you could end up with free estradiol that's too high or too high relative to free testosterone, or both. The test for free estradiol is expensive and rarely used, so it's unclear if it would be useful. Experimentation might be the more practical route.
