Help!!’ Progesterone High

Number is 0.60.  How do I lower that?

FSH: 4.6
LH: 2.7 after a month on TRT- 1.6 previously
Zinc: 0.84
Prolactin: 14.5
T pre Testosterone ACT Gel: 284
T after 1 month: 273
T after 2 months: 1080
T after 3 months: 324
Never felt better and symptoms remained.

Stopped TRT and started Clomid. Began feeling better after two weeks.
Labs after first month:
Total T: 616
Free T: 22.1
Estridol, sensitive: 19.9
LH: 8.1

You didn’t provide the reference range for your particular lab, though most ranges go to ~0.5. Why would you want to lower if you state you’re now feeling better? Progesterone can go up due to increased stimulation of upstream hormone synthesis (especially with a stimulatory treatment such as clomid).

Your Prolactin level is up next to the limit (usually 15 or 16) so I would keep an eye on Progesterone* and E2 (not high now), else you may need to keep tabs on moobs.

* Although I think Progesterone needs to get substantially higher than 0.6 to become a breast issue for males.

I wouldn't worry about it unless it keeps going higher. I recently had mine at 2.7 due to taking a lot of pregnenolone and didn't feel any different.
