I have severe fatigue issues related to autoimmune disease and a previous illness. Looks to be mitochondrial in nature, as I run out of energy (at the gym, for example) in minutes.
What seems to help is a well rounded Amino Energy (contains a large variety of AA's) drink mix, along with Whey Isolate. Vitamins, and in particular, B12, calcium and D3.
Some people really do will with supplemental AA's, including BCAA's. I'm among them.
