I am always having sleep difficulty. I am missing class after class in the mornings because I cannot usually fall asleep until 4-5 A.M. EVEN IF I WOKE UP AT LIKE 7 A.M. the PREVIOUS DAY. Being up for 18-20 hours a day is normal for me and I am only 23. I simply cannot initiate sleep and I even take Lunesta, Hydroxyzine, Melatonin, herbal chamomile, passion flower, etc. and magnesium with calcium and b6. none of it works. I am just about to lose my mind from it all because the only thing that gets me to sleep is if I work out super hard that day and earlier than around 6 hours before bedtime.
I am up for usually 19-20 hours every single day.
