BEST Anti-inflammatory Oil for TRT i believe Castor Oil?
« on: January 26, 2019, 11:37:34 am »
Just wanted to post something i don't think has ever been discussed on this board for all you Men doing your T.R.T journey which is your Test which oil it might be suspended in, and some benefits to finding a castor oil base in the future, if you want to.

Ricinoleic acid, the main fatty acid found in castor oil, has impressive anti-inflammatory properties. Studies have shown that when Castor oil is applied topically, it reduces inflammation and relieves pain.

That is really good to know i was using, a GERMAN made Enanthate before suspended in Castor oil, i believe the higher quality TEST E comes from Germany personally, so i think is best for LONG term T.R.T and less inflammation having castor in it upon finding out what other fatty acid it contains.  It's also good news for any Enanthate users which theirs has it in.

I don't know how much inflammatory, other oils are i cannot debate that, i do know Grape seed Oil in U.S Cypionate lowers blood pressure better for a majority of men plus Grapefruit oil should be also Anti-inflammatory.

but if you're keeping your Testosterone dosages to a proper normal level you won't increase excess of everything else.  I am on Sust but want to Transition back into Enanthate.  I think it does matter to some men, which oils are in their Testosterone solutions, but it's entirely your personal preference too & how you feel with current solution of your Test.

Also trying to eat a healthy less inflammation diet is definitely Helpful, will combat any negative Oils that are in Current solutions, like my SUSTANON i have Peanut Oil, i want to get off SUST too soon, i don't think or believe Peanut Oil can be Anti-Inflammatory at all i just can't see it i ain't researched data, also some guys got Sesame seed oil in their shots too, but i don't have info on that,  all in all we should maintain a diet that includes turmeric spice, fresh ginger, and Onions too, Onions are great they have quercetin you can look it up really helps balance the inflammation markers too.

White meat has always been less inflammatory than Red Meat too. It's been a very long time since i properly ate red, but it's still fine for a treat.

Another point is that different carrier oils are said to provide differing absorption rates. However, I haven't seen any research attempting to quantify the rates.

Didn't want too make an entirely different Topic so i will post the question here.

Does anyone else know here and if Cataceous knows or has data studies showing, but for wound injuries, does OPTIMAL Testosterone levels Accelerate Wound healing on skin especially if it is a deeper one that has some  stitches in it?  just wondering that. or is that another different hormone? or is it the Testosterone primarily.

I'd say growth hormone and IGF-1 are more important for wound healing than testosterone. But testosterone does increase GH/IGF-1. See also: https://www.intechopen.com/online-first/growth-hormone-gh-and-wound-healing
