Yes I am in India. He gave small dose for 15 days may be to check side effects etc. In tablet packet recommended dosage is written 2-3 tablets per day but he has asked only 1.For side effects my eyes are red after these medicines according to my wife. No irritation as such . My urine just after taking 2 tablets of sulbutamaine and nano leo has strong smell .I feel there is little improvement in erections. Some times I have sudden urge to masterbate while sitting in office as used to be in my teens but I controlled.
Also, I visited an Ayurvedic doctor. I got my tests done because he had asked. He agreed that my T - level is low. He told he can cure with herbal doses with guarantee but he was out of budget for me. Btw I did not told my problem to him. He just held my nerve for few minutes and told it himself. Also he was putting me in restriction for 3-4 months for no sex, alcohol meat and many other things.
@ALAR even I think the same reason. Will get my Zinc test done as it leads to Zinc deficiency also.
Gotcha. Well, I'm big on food, drink, exercise, sleep and testosterone if you need it. There are some herbs and supplements that will help, but I don't think most guys need those.
The approach that I have taken is the following:
http://www.peaktestosterone.com/My_Health_StoryI am not trying to say that my way is the only way or even the best way, but I do know it has worked within all the parameters that I know about.
I'm a little leery of a lot of herbs and supplements and it's simply that I've read of so many issues with them. They're just not quite as safe as food and exercise and imo usually not as powerful either. And, as you my know from poking around on my site, I think it is virtually impossible to substitute anything for low testosterone. It simply effects too much if you're having a lot of symptoms.
Let me know your opinion.
