Well, that was a surprise. I've been taking a pre-workout thermogenic (ephedrine/caffeine) for about 6 months now to help with energy in the gym. I was doing some unrelated research and read that one of the side effects of ephedrine was poor quality erections. I stopped taking the ephedrine component last friday and wow what a difference in morning wood and overall quality. I guess it just goes to show how small tweaks can make a huge change.
