Do you guys get your labs done at the peak or trough?  For those of you who are on gels, do you take the gel in the AM for your labs?

When I was on EOD enanthate or cypionate I didn't really have noticeable peaks or troughs; measurements were about same when taken either just before an injection or the day after.

With propionate blends I've tried to look at some peaks and some troughs to see how well they can be predicted. Of course getting the peak with one measurement is guesswork. I did get some indications that the peaks might be early in a daily injection cycles, after only 2-4 hours or so.

It's good to see somebody else getting similar results. How did you determine this? My method is indirect—I found that measurements taken in this time frame matched theoretical predicted peak values. People will say that research studies show a peak at 12 hours post-injection, but when you look them up it turns out that the first measurement wasn't made until 12 hours out.

On test day, I inject at 600 am, test around 1000 am and again around 430 pm.  Since this test  regiman has produced some perplexing afternoon readings, the next time, I am going to test at 10, 115, and 430. Or maybe 10, 12, 2, and 4.

Ditto for me on 2x/wk Cypionate.

But you're still usually seeing lower values in the PM tests? With two tests per injection cycle that's more definitive than what I'm doing.

Afternoon readings have been inconsistent, thus the increased test granularity for future tests.  I'll keep you advised.
