Buying protein?
« on: July 10, 2013, 02:28:05 pm »
Ok, so i'm looking for affordable organic proteins, that will help me build muscle. And i found one brand on amazon, that claims to be undenatured, no artificial flavors, no added sugar etc etc. It's not much bang for buck really, 2.2lbs isn't much for 40 dollars, but i don't want to flood my CNS with damaging excitotoxins, and since my diet already covers most of my protein needs, i only need a boost of maybe 20-30 grams of protein per day.  I wonder if you could tell me if this is health-kosher Peak-t.

Bluebonnets good. That's the one I used to use. I've also used biochem. The one Peak used to use. Both are really good. Both undenatured.

I actually think found an undenatured brand in the country i live in, that is even cheaper. But anyway, this thread should serve to give other protein-consumers  tips on healthy protein.
