HCG for Testicular Pain
« on: August 12, 2013, 12:10:01 am »
I got to say the testicle cramps/pain after 2 months on cream and 1 month of injections were pretty intense.  After adding in a small dose of hcg, they went away within a week.  I'm being super-conservative with the AI and only using it as indicated by blood work.

For me at least, I think starting with test + hcg would have avoided some pain and discomfort.

Did they gave you some explanation as to why it caused you physical discomfort?  I know things are "shutting down", but what was their reasoning for the pain?

No - they said that part of shutting down/catabolism of the testicles could be intense pain and that HCG would help in this area.  They sent me a couple of vials of HCG, I did my research, and gave it a shot for a few weeks.  Lo and behold, after my 2nd injection, my pain was down by 50%.  By my 3rd shot it was gone altogether.

I had the same issue, A dull ache for me, not severe pain. I mentioned it at the clinic a couple of months into the TRT they immediately responded by giving me HCG. It ended the ache within a week. I had the impression it was common.
