How I Got My Morning Erections Back

(1/3) > >>

phatphish:
Yes that is what I'm saying. They all work a little by themselves, but all three together, 3 times a day, wow!
Here is what I take:
518 mg Korean red ginseng (powdered root) 3x day
Pycnogenol 50 mg 3x day
Tribulus 500 mg (whole plant extract) 60% saponins 3x day
To anyone who may want to use red ginseng liquid extract, watch the alcohol content. I tried 2000mg/day liquid and my ED got considerably worse. Turns out that some of the liquids have been termed alcoholic beverages by the ATF because of their alcohol content.

What about lifestyle changes?  Any modifications to sleep, exercise, diet or weight loss that might be contributing as well?

Have started exercising some. Do pilates with my wife in the morning (don't laugh. Google exercises for ED. Yoga comes up a lot!) Walk about 3 miles 4 days a week. But didn't notice any major changes til I started taking these supps 3x day. Even 2x day was not a dramatic change in things. I guess I just hit on the right supps and the right dosage. I do feel better about myself and I have dropped about 5 lbs. Not that I'm overweight. I weigh about 165 and am 6 ft tall. I'm just some out of shape.

All I can say is nice work.  Those particular supplements are pretty pretty common and regarded as generally safe.  Of course, you have to do your own due diligence and discuss with your doc if appropriate.  Now you're probably scared to do this, but you may want to chop one of them out of your routine and just see if it makes any difference.  It could be that only a couple of them are doing 90% of the work.

Exercise definitely will boost nitric oxide for several hours afterward.  But there are a 100 reasons to exercise as much as you can (without overtraining) that have nothing to do with exercise.  Example:  exercise will make you more smarterer.  That's right - the testosterone boost from exercise in the brain can actually create neurogenesis per an animal study.  Helping you sleep better is another.  Holding weight down is another.

Now, as far as yoga, it is excellent for a couple dozen fantastic reasons.  It will build your core; decrease stress hormones; decrease anxiety; on and on the list goes.  Have you seen my page on this?

I outline why you need to get your woman into yoga - it's pay off big dividends for you in the bedroom - and much of it applies to guys as well.

Now my wife hasn't gotten me to a yoga class yet.  But I want to go.  She has taught me some of the postures at home though and I'm sure I'll go with her sometime soon...

Actually, I don't need to drop one of them out as I started on them one at a time. I've seen the difference in what they each do and what has happened as I've increased the dosages one at a time. I learned a long time ago the value of doing one supp at a time.
