You're opviously talking about via multi-ejaculation, right? You can get abcesses which require treatment, but from what you wrote, that's not what you meant, correct?
If you're talking about ejaculation, then you have to realize that helps some men and others the opposite:

Notice what they write here:
"The issue of ejaculation is controversial, as some men report exacerbation of symptoms (Shoskes et al 2004) whereas other report reduction (Yavascaoglu et al 1999) with regular ejaculation. "
Anecdotally, some men say that they feel a burning sensation "build up" and, if they ejaculated regularly, it gets rid of this sensation and relieves symptoms. But I don't think there's a simple formula: the prostate is actually very complex and it's no wonder that it keeps urologist busy.
Btw, the above is an interesting journal article. Bee pollen and quercetin has helped some men. (I've wanted to do a page on it but just haven't had time.)
