Well, many different probiotics have been studies.  Really just the ones in yogurt will go a long ways.  I've been taking Multidophilis (Solarray) which has 3 live cultures:

"L. bulgaricus is intended tohelp the GI tract be more suitable for the survival and growth of L. acidophilus and B. bifidum.  L. acidophilus is the primary bacteria of the small intestine while B. bifidum is the major bacteria of the large intestine."  The latter two I believe are 2 of 3 of the standard bacteria in yogurt.  I also have nonfat yogurt very often, so I get some that way also...
