And yes it took me time to sort of realize that it's not a situation where you go "hey i hit 627 after 5.5 weeks on clomid! i'm all good and cured. next?" doesn't really work that way - seems it will take months at that level to have things hopefully normalize/get better/heal, etc. That seems to be what i'm realizing.
And, of course, can have some "mental" effects, so if it's not doing what you expect in that category, talk to your doc.
