Penile Atrophy ED ?
« on: December 20, 2013, 06:46:33 pm »
Guys,
its been a while still struggling with ED, just a quick recap im 44years suffered weaker erections (ED)for a few years since  26 years. Been using Viagra,Cialis successfully and they stopped working All of a sudden.. since then my life  and world has changed drastically.

I have tried boosting my T level but my T level seems OK for my age (so i am told) i once boosted it successfully  in 6 weeks with CLOMID but didnt improve my erections. It increased from 622 to 982

Lately ive been on the pyncnogenol+Larginine+citrulline +pomegranate+beetroot protocol...(to boost NO levels). but still no MAGIC seem to be happening

I have been getting by with Penile Injections (sparingly) as i am also scared that it might lose its efficacy at some point just like Viagra did

Ever so often i try to analyse or diagnose my ED  in a different light or from a different perspective shall i say

Currently i have realized that i have failed to mention this other physical symptons of my penis

1.In its flaccid state my penis is usually limp, lifeless, wrinkly,(loose skin) hanging loosely (without substance as if tissue-less) , looks shrivelled, and most importantly sometimes narrow in the middle ...like a sausage with a tight rubber band in the middle.
when it manages to go erect (with injection) it looks normal but doesnt  stay upright still points half  downwards ....(im quite long  sorry  guys TMI  just have to explain this).

2.Feels like the  penile tissue is wasting away and i feel like i have the penis of an 80 year old man

I have realized that when i am in the gym i see older looking men (no disrespect) with their penis full (or semi full) and lively as if they are semi erect  even though they are  in their flaccid state (of course)

Surely someone can identify with this problem , most of these point towards penile atrophy or lack of androgen or oxygenated blood to the penis.
I probably suffer extremely poor bloodflow  to my penis...funnily enough , this problem has made me a fitness freak and i look my best  physically as ive ever been .but what a waste of manhood i am these days feels like the harder i work out i still see no improvement in my ED

Most of these problem seems low T related , but i am at 622 could i benefit from increasing it to 1000 or more ?

Comments please guys
49 yrs old suffered ED/weaker erections from  24 yrs ,  used Viagra/Levitra  successfully since 1999 until they suddenly stopped working 6 years ago ,after i met and fell in love with woman of my dreams . My T levels are great but ED is still  severe  ..there seem to be no known cause tried several specialists.Symptons Penile tissue shrinkage extremely poor arousal ..i suspect Atheroclerosis or Poor Kidney production of  NO (nitic Oxide)
Currently Trying Genes Nitric Oxide Stack and Vit C + Garlic    ..considering Penile Implants in a years  time  if all fails

I doubt that increasing it from 600 to 1000 would help.  The severity of your problem points to something else imho such as arteriosclerosis, venous leakage, nerve damage, etc.  Don't you agree?

Have you ever tried low volume pumping? Go buy a high quality penis pump &u try to get erect before inserting. Pump for 20 minutes or so & get some damn blood running thru that guy. Sex would be even better! Also, try some of Dr. Lin's products (don't know if I can say that?)This but his products work great for sexual exhaustion. I'm 44 &u have taken them for years off & on. VIP cream helps mimick the hormones etc when having sex. The supplements are great & there is so much knowledge on the site, it will blow your mind!  His sight along with Peak Testosterone is about all you need to get up &or running!

He has really changed his site for the better.  It used to be one of the standard "overmasturbation" sites, but now it looks like he's beefed it up quite a bit.

Thanks Peak  and All
I agree peak my problem probably is not testorone But i have been extremely active and fit over the last 4 years , and have been trying even harder could i still have atheroclosis, i have lost weight over the last 6 months from 102 kg to 85kg and in the best of shape , i know sometimes even fit athletes have atheroclorosis too.

I suppose i have to stay on the  pyncnogenol+larginine +citrulline +beetroot+pomegranate   for a long long time ...i suppose up to 3 months lets see what happens, i have ordered Naltrexone as well and waiting for it to arrive.

I havent tried volume pumping does those work, also ive been told that if the  penile injection works then its definitely not venous leak, its gotta  be some nerve damage  or spinal chord problem or something more central like central nervous system  hence my arousal system is so dysfunctional

I will look up atherocloris remedies on your site in addition to my protocol

Sure.  That's always a good idea imo.  Now the citrulline and beetroot juice should have helped though, so I'm not sure that's your root cause either.  I do have to say, though, that if you're eating a lot of saturated and total fat, you have the citrulline and the beetroot juice trying to dilate your arteries and the saturated fat trying to do the opposite.  Who will win?  Well, that probably depends.

Also, if you're eating too many refined carbs or fructose that can shut you down.

Again, I doubt your root problem is dietary since your problem is so severe.  Seems like it has to neurotransmitter or hormone-related?

Has to be Nuerotrasmitters or central nervous system

Yeah, imho that seems right due to the severity.  But that is not necessarily a given.  Check this out:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15643238
"Intima-media thickening of common carotid arteries is a risk factor for severe erectile dysfunction in men with vascular risk factors but no clinical evidence of atherosclerosis."

" A high IMT score but not an increased measure for each VRF, including aging, significantly increased the risk of severe ED (odds ratio 2.6, confidence interval 1.1 to 5.9) even after controlling for smoking and drugs associated with ED."

IMT, as you may know, is a measure of plaque build up.

I've been using daily Cialis and Doxazosin. I would be surprised if that doesn't kick things n high gear. The Doxazosin may work on its own. It did wonders for me. Google it and research.

HRT 1 year

Thanks Guys Peak and BigJohn ...Peak interesting , good read and interesting i will try to find out what to do to treat this  intima-media thickness (IMT) of common carotid arteries.(if i have any how do i diagnose i will try to send my doctors thinking into that direction see what she says

Any suggesstion? ... i will try to look at the Doxasozin option as well....in the meantime i started with 25mg of Naltrexone last night seem to make me sleep well its early days lets see what happens.
After my Naltrexone  experiment (hope its successful) other wise i may try doxasozin too and see hopefully i dont have to.I am still encouraged by BigJohns posts or suggestions on doxasozin

In the meantime is anyone on Naltexone protocol that we can share experiences on

Hey  http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/sexandrelationships/medicinessex.htm  doxasozin may cause Ed so this link says ...this is getting confusing.. I thought doxasozin is meant to help improve ED as BigJohn  experienced

also i read that Naltrexone may also cause  ED ...this is again conflicting ...but i will try them anyway...anyway share your thoughts
