Yes, you just have to try it.  Most if the legit ED studies will improve a third or two thirds of the guys, but there will of course be the exceptions.  Imo Naltrexone is for men that can't solve their issues through supplements or lifestyle and ideally would be a shorter term solution.

I can't find it right now but there was a NIH test done using pde5's with the Dox and the results were pretty good. I'll see if I can find the link. BTW the actual dose I use is 1 mg. pretty tame I think.

I doubt that increasing it from 600 to 1000 would help.  The severity of your problem points to something else imho such as arteriosclerosis, venous leakage, nerve damage, etc.  Don't you agree?

Im hoping this gets better as you:
-eat a low fat diet

are you getting morning erections or any erection without help?

I didnt mean to quote you, I am concerned that what WoundedLion is going through because I thought ED issues were a canary about the state of the heart.  If he hadr morning wood that would indicate that he is just having mental issues(too much porn, etc) and not actually plumbing problems.

I think this is a diet problem. because I am going through a similar sitation, since my  high fat diet experiment,
 https://www.peaktestosterone.com/forum/index.php?topic=2802.msg24974#msg24974

I am back on a low fat diet, lots of veggies, POM juice, niacin, eggwhites, garlic and when I deter from this diet, I have issues, when Im solid on the low fat diet, Im better, just  not  great yet.  I need to drop the weight I've gained over the holidays and deal with my daily stress...

Activeguy has achieved some solid results and restored morning erections with some changes to diet, supplement (and Cialis), but I split it out here to highlight it:

WoundedLion, do you get nocturnal erections? Sorry if it sounds callous but it would be interesting for the community to know what happens to that for someone with a good T but severe ED as you mentioned.

Guys sorry for the late replies..to your questions . No  i dont get regular morning  errections ,when i get them they are urine driven rather than horny testosterone driven...erections are usually weak after going to toilet it gets weak again even when i just stand up from bed
Also this Dr Lin is he legit ? he seem to have some good theories but not sure if its research or scientifically backed ..in my opinion of the ED world anyone could provide any theory or causes ...but no one seem to have hard core real fixes or solutions...cant wait till the day when every ED sufferer  on earth  is cured ...

I dont watch porn, ive always not been a fan of porn  before  ED and even while this ED is gone worst i dont go any where near porn , it makes me feel down and sexually inferior and reminds me of my good days (even when viagra was working for me
My problem is definitely not psychogenic

By any chance did you have high blood pressure in your 20s and 30s that wasn't treated?

Davie12,  between 20-30 i didnt know of any hypertension  i wasnt  that aware of hypertension and probabably didnt think i suffered any symptons ...any regular checks with my BP wasborderline or not too bad , but after 27 or so i became overweight and could possibly have had mild BP...but  i havent  been treated for BP(hypertention).
Over the lst 4 years i have been physically active and my blood pressure has been OK , but i will keep checking....so what are your suggestions please..
If i had hypertension at the time would exactly would that explain

So you are 31?  If so, your story is very unusual due to the severity of your problem.
