I'm not sure I buy into the whole idea that we were made to eat fruit. I think there has been a lot of change since that time, so I just don't see that. Of course, I completely buy into the idea that are diets were for the great majority of our development plant-based and low fat, but I'm not sure one can say the same thing about fruit.

So are you saying that you know someone who was fruitarian or just read about them?
One famous fruitarian was a guy named Johnny Lovewisdom, who was quite the character. His health went down the toilet and many blame his fruitarian diet, but Johnny Lovewisdom blamed pesticides, etc.:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnny_Lovewisdom
Plus, I can't imagine being able to afford organic fruit all day every day...
