Will HCG Help?
« on: January 13, 2014, 04:41:35 pm »
This was a while back but I talked my friend into getting testosterone.  He is feeling a little better but not much better.  I have been reading about HCG and am wondering if that would help him.  It doesnt make sense to me because he is already getting testosterone so how would HCG help.  Can you explain that?

Some guys say that HRT lowers DHEA and pregnenalone in them.  These are important brain and stress hormones.  Testosterone helps out the brain and improves stress in other ways, but some guys feel a lot better with HCG, because it stimulates the enzyme that converts testosterone into pregnenalone.

Have you seen the hormone cascade?  Basically, the first step is cholesterol going into pregnenalone and then all the other hormones that you're used to seeing are downstream.

The bottom line is that is some men feel more alert, have a little more energy and even more libido by adding HCG on top of HRT.

Check this out:

Notice how pregnenalone is at the top.  Some guys even take oral pregnenalone to get a boost if they are low.  The conept is that since is the master hormone the body can utitlize it downstream wherever it needs it.
