Great! And, again, it's not just hormones: it's also arteries. The slow deterioration in hardness factor, time to erection, etc. occurs primarily due to loss of what is called endothelial function. Endothelial function is affected primarily by arteriosclerosis, but it can be improved through diet, exercise, stress reduction, weight maintenance, avoidance of drugs/smoking, etc - you know the story...
Neurotransmitters and personal psychology are also very big as well. Everything that negatively impacts the heart negatively impacts the brain and a few more things as well.
So I recommend building up knowledge about all this stuff steadily over time and learning how to tune up the brain and body the same way a mechanic would a car. You can't count on the doctors to keep you from chronic disease. Their job is to keep alive once you have you have chronic disease. That leaves you (unless you can afford an anti-aging doc or good naturopath).
